About how it works
- Is it one system or several joined together? Ask to see one sale flow into stock, the customer account and the ledger without any export or sync step.
- Does it fit how we sell? Counter sales, credit customers, distribution routes and multiple branches each stress a system differently. Ask to see your own scenario.
- What happens when the internet drops? For retail, the counter must keep selling.
About compliance
- How does it handle tax reporting? In Pakistan, ask how invoices are reported to FBR and whether it happens at the time of sale.
- Can we trace every change? An activity log of who approved, edited or deleted a record is basic good practice.
About safety
- How is our data protected? Ask about encryption, backups and role-based access.
- Who owns our data, and can we get it out? You should be able to export your records.
